Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al Quwain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah.

Payment on delivery
All orders are cash on delivery. Please have the exact order amount ready in AED when the courier arrives. Payment is collected by the delivery agent at the time of handover.

Contact details are required
A valid mobile number is required for every order, as our courier will call you before delivery. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the order is returned and cancelled.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
