Where is my order?
Once your order leaves our Sharjah warehouse, the courier will contact you by phone before delivery. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 4 working days.
To check on an order
Send us your order number and the phone number you used at checkout, and we will come back to you with the current status.
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent when you placed the order. It starts with a hash symbol, for example #1001.
Before you get in touch
- Orders placed on a Friday or a public holiday start moving on the next working day.
- The courier may have already tried to call. Please check for missed calls from an unknown UAE number.
