Pay only when your order is in your hands
Every order on Gloeus is cash on delivery. You do not enter card details anywhere on this site, and you do not pay anything up front.
Step by step
- Place your order. Add what you want to the cart and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. No payment is taken.
- We pack and dispatch. Your order leaves our warehouse in Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah.
- The courier calls you. Please keep your phone reachable, as the driver will ring before arriving.
- You pay the driver. Hand over the exact amount in cash when the parcel arrives.
Good to know
- Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE.
- Orders normally arrive in 3 to 4 working days.
- Please have the exact cash ready, as drivers may not carry change.
- A correct, reachable phone number is the single most important detail. Most failed deliveries happen because the driver could not reach the customer.
- You may inspect the outside of the parcel before paying.
If you change your mind
You can refuse the parcel at the door, and you will not be charged. Please only do this if something is genuinely wrong, as refused parcels cost us the full delivery cost either way.
