How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 4 working days anywhere in the UAE.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, to all seven emirates.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is in Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah. Orders ship from there, so nothing is coming from overseas after you order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no online payment on this site and no card details are collected.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that go in or on the mouth and opened skincare cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will sort it out.
The courier did not reach me. What now?
Reply to us with a phone number where you can be reached and the best time to deliver, and we will arrange another attempt.
