How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 4 working days anywhere in the UAE.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, to all seven emirates.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no online payment on this site and no card details are collected.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is in Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah. Orders ship from there, so nothing is travelling from overseas after you order.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items used in or on the mouth and opened skincare cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
